The Yagan Captain Cook Junba was composed by Worrorra Watty Ngerdu in the 1950s. The Junba represents the sea vessels carrying Captain Cook arriving in Australia. In 2019 members of the Mowanjum Community recovered and revived the Junba using archival materials. This collection documents that work.
